Privacy Policy

MyMockExam.uz (“we”, “us”) operates the mock-exam platform at mymockexam.uz. We provide timed IELTS-style and CEFR practice tests for students and language centers.

Account data: name, email, phone number, password or sign-in tokens, language preference, and role (student, center, examiner, or staff).

Exam data: answers, Writing text, Speaking recordings, scores, IELTS band estimates, CEFR levels, certificates, timers, and which exam you were assigned.

Center data: organization name, staff accounts, student lists, exam schedules, question-bank usage, and exported reports.

Integrity data: tab-switch and focus-loss events, copy/paste blocking, fullscreen or kiosk activity, and — when a center enables proctoring — event logs that may include screen snapshots.

Payment data: exam price, method, status, student notes, and screenshots uploaded as proof of payment. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, approximate location derived from IP, log files, and cookies needed to keep you signed in.

We collect data you submit (sign-up, exams, support messages), data your language center uploads or assigns, data from sign-in providers (Google or Telegram) if you choose those methods, and data created automatically while you use the exam player.

We use personal data to create and secure accounts; run and score mock exams; show results and certificates; let centers manage students and labs; review Writing and Speaking; prevent cheating and protect exam content; process payments and credits; provide support; improve the platform; and comply with applicable law, including the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Personal Data” (ZRU-547).

We do not sell personal data to third parties for advertising.

Mock exams may run under timed, fullscreen, or kiosk conditions. Leaving the exam page, switching tabs, or using another window can be logged and may auto-submit your work after repeated violations. Centers that enable proctoring can review related events, including snapshots where that feature is on.

These measures protect question-bank integrity and the fairness of results for every candidate.

We share data only as needed to operate the service: your language center and assigned examiners can see enrollment, answers, scores, and integrity events for exams they administer; infrastructure providers host our servers, files, and email; sign-in providers you choose (Google or Telegram) receive the data required to authenticate you; and payment channels you use when you upload proof of a bank transfer or similar payment.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or integrity of users and the platform.

If you study at a language center, that center decides which exams you take and may upload your name and contact details. The center is responsible for having a lawful basis to share student data with us. We process that data to deliver the exams the center assigns.

We use essential cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in, remember language, and run the exam player (including session flags such as tab-switch counts). We do not use advertising cookies. You can block cookies in your browser, but sign-in and exams may not work.

We keep account and exam records while your account is active and for as long as your center needs results for teaching. We may retain integrity logs, payment records, and backups for a limited period for security, disputes, and legal obligations, then delete or anonymize them.

We use access controls, encrypted connections (HTTPS), and role-based permissions so students, centers, and staff only see what they need. No online service is perfectly secure. Keep your password private and sign out on shared lab computers.

Servers and subprocessors may be located outside Uzbekistan. Where we transfer personal data, we take reasonable steps to protect it in line with this policy and applicable law.

Subject to Uzbek personal-data law, you may request access to your data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion of your account, or information about how we process your data. Students should also contact their center if the center created the account.

Email support@mymockexam.uz. We may need to verify your identity. We may decline requests that would break exam integrity, legal retention, or another user’s rights.

The platform is intended for language learners and centers. If you are under 18, use the service only with a parent, guardian, or your language center. If we learn we hold data of a child without appropriate consent, we will delete or restrict it.

Our site may link to Google, Telegram, Alitech, or other sites. Their privacy practices are their own. Official IELTS, the British Council, IDP, and Cambridge Assessment English are not affiliated with us and do not receive your mock-exam data from this platform.

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy. Material changes may also be announced in the app or by email.
