Before you write
Can you reset a locked module?
If time ran out, that module stays locked — same as test day. Write to us only if the player crashed or an invite will not open.
Do students email you for scores?
Band scores appear after the center publishes. Ask your school first; we cannot release unpublished results.
How do centers get a dashboard?
Register as a language center, then create an exam and send invite links. Email us if you need credits or a demo.
