Terms of Service

MyMockExam.uz provides computer-delivered mock exams in an IELTS-style and CEFR format for practice, placement, and center training.

We are not the British Council, IDP, or Cambridge Assessment English. Mock band scores, CEFR levels, and certificates are practice results only. They are not official IELTS or CEFR qualifications. Do not present them as official test scores to universities, immigration authorities, or employers.

You must provide accurate information and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may refuse, suspend, or reclaim accounts that violate these Terms.

Students take exams assigned by a center or joined via invite link. You must follow timers, remain on the exam page when required, and submit your own work. Results appear when your center or examiners publish them. Invite links are personal; do not share them unless your center allows it.

During a mock you must not copy or share questions or answers; use unauthorized notes, devices, or another person; leave the exam window in a way that breaks kiosk or security rules; or attempt to bypass timers, scoring, or proctoring.

Tab switches and similar events may be logged. Repeated violations can auto-submit or invalidate the attempt. Centers may require fullscreen or kiosk mode in labs. Copying, recording, or distributing question-bank content is prohibited and may lead to account termination and legal action.

Centers are responsible for inviting the correct students; obtaining any consents needed to upload student lists; configuring exams, prices, and examiners; using the question bank only to deliver mocks on this platform; and treating results as internal academic records.

Exam credits and subscriptions are for that center only and are not transferable unless we agree in writing. Centers must not resell questions as standalone PDFs or competing products.

The platform, design, software, question bank, audio, scoring logic, and documentation are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for mock exams.

IELTS is a trademark of its owners; CEFR is a Council of Europe framework. We use these terms only to describe exam format and scoring models.

You retain rights to your original answers and recordings. You grant us a license to store, process, display, and share that content with your center and examiners as needed to run and score exams, issue certificates, and support the service. Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, including payment proofs that are not yours.

Some exams or center plans require payment or credits. Prices are shown before you enroll or purchase. Where you pay by bank transfer, you may upload a screenshot for the center or our team to approve.

Fees are generally non-refundable once an exam has started or credits have been consumed, except where required by law or agreed in writing. We are not responsible for payment-provider errors or incorrect proof uploads.

Certificates generated on the platform confirm participation and practice results for a mock on mymockexam.uz. They are not official IELTS Test Report Forms.

Scoring of Listening and Reading is automated where answer keys exist; Writing and Speaking depend on examiner review. We do not guarantee a particular band or level.

You may not attack or overload the service; scrape or harvest the question bank; reverse engineer the software except as allowed by law; impersonate others; or use the service for any unlawful purpose. Automated access is allowed only with our written permission.

We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, especially during local internet or lab issues. We may modify features, question content, or scoring to improve the service. Support is available at support@mymockexam.uz, by phone, and on Telegram during reasonable business hours in Uzbekistan.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Practice scores are estimates and may differ from official IELTS or CEFR outcomes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits, lost data, exam-day disruption, or indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you (or your center) paid us for the service in the three months before the claim, or 500,000 UZS if no payment was made.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the service, your violation of these Terms, or content you upload, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, abuse the question bank, fail to pay, or create risk for other users. Centers remain responsible for fees already incurred. Provisions that should survive — including intellectual property, payment, liability, and indemnity — remain in effect.

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change. If you continue to use the service after the update, you accept the new Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service and contact us to close the account.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Disputes should first be raised with support@mymockexam.uz. If not resolved, courts of Uzbekistan have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules require otherwise.
