What students and centers ask most

The list below covers free accounts, scoring, invite links, kiosk labs, and the line between this mock and official IELTS.

Students create a free account with Google, email, or phone. Your center assigns the mock, or you open an invite link. You never finish the exam on a different domain.

IELTS results are bands 0–9. CEFR results are A1–C2 per skill; overall CEFR is the weakest of the four. Neither is an official IELTS Test Report Form — they are practice scores so you know what to work on.

If a question is about billing, a broken invite, or a stuck player, use the contact page and include the mock name and module (L, R, W, or S).

FAQ

Questions

Free accounts, band scores, CEFR levels, invite links, kiosk labs, and what is (and is not) official IELTS.

  • What is an IELTS mock exam?

An IELTS mock exam is a full practice test that mirrors computer-delivered IELTS — timed Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking with band scores. mymockexam.uz runs mocks for students and language centers on one platform.

  • Is IELTS mock test practice free for students?

Yes — students can create a free account on mymockexam.uz. Your center assigns mocks; you sign in with Google, email, or phone to take IELTS practice tests and view published band scores.

  • Which IELTS modules are included?

All four: Listening (about 30 minutes, 40 questions), Reading (60 minutes, 40 questions), Writing Task 1 and 2 (60 minutes), and Speaking (11–14 minutes). Listening, Reading and Writing run back to back. Speaking is a separate interview.

  • How is this different from the official IELTS test?

mymockexam.uz is an IELTS preparation and mock exam platform, not the official IELTS test. It simulates timing, format, and band scoring so you know what to expect before booking the real exam.

  • Can language centers run IELTS mock exams in Uzbekistan?

Yes. Centers register on mymockexam.uz to schedule IELTS mock tests, invite students, use kiosk mode in computer labs, and publish band scores and certificates.

  • Where do I see my IELTS band score?

After your center publishes results, band scores and writing or speaking feedback appear in your student dashboard on mymockexam.uz.

  • Do I need to leave mymockexam.uz to take an exam?

No. Sign-in, the IELTS exam player, and results all stay on mymockexam.uz — no redirects to other sites.

  • How long is a full IELTS mock exam?

A full mock is about 2 hours 45 minutes: Listening, Reading and Writing with no break between them, plus a Speaking interview of 11–14 minutes. That matches computer-delivered IELTS timing. There is no pass mark — scores are bands from 0 to 9.

  • Does mymockexam.uz support CEFR mock exams?

Yes. Centers can create CEFR exams with a target level (A1–C2). Students receive percent scores and CEFR levels per skill; Writing and Speaking use CEFR rubrics instead of IELTS bands.

  • What is the difference between IELTS and CEFR scoring?

IELTS mocks use band scores 0–9. CEFR mocks use percentages mapped to A1–C2 levels per skill. Overall CEFR level follows the weakest skill across Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.

  • Can a center run both IELTS and CEFR mocks?

Yes — on one dashboard. Create IELTS exams for band practice and CEFR exams for level placement or progress checks. The question bank supports IELTS, CEFR, or Both tags.

  • How do I join a mock with an invite link?

Open the link your center sent. Sign in or create a free account on mymockexam.uz — you stay on this domain. The mock appears in your dashboard when enrollment is confirmed. If the link does not work, ask your center to resend it or check that you used the same email or phone they registered.

  • Can I practice one module instead of a full mock?

Yes, if your center assigns a single-module exam (for example only Writing). A full mock still covers all four skills. On the real test, Listening, Reading and Writing are back to back and Speaking is a separate interview, so the full mock is the better rehearsal for stamina.

  • How does kiosk mode work in a computer lab?

Centers launch the exam in fullscreen Chrome kiosk so students cannot open other tabs or apps during the session. The player, timer, and answer sheet stay on screen until the module ends. This is the setup language schools in Uzbekistan use for lab-based mocks.

  • Are mymockexam.uz scores the official IELTS result?

No. This is a preparation and mock platform, not British Council, IDP, or Cambridge official IELTS. Band estimates use IELTS-style rubrics so you know what to expect. Book the real test with an official test centre when you are ready.

  • When will I see Writing and Speaking scores?

Listening and Reading appear when those modules are auto-scored. Writing and Speaking wait until an examiner at your center marks them and the center publishes. You will see task comments and the overall band or CEFR level in your student dashboard after that.
